I love this article. The EU is on to something before everyone else, once again. It secures affordable and safe mobility.. By default, it also makes bikes like the above, motorcycles because they have throttles.
I like this designation. If applied in The U.S. and enforced, our lanes, MUP’s and trails would be far safer. Who would want to sell them if they had to go through the hassle of registering them and getting proof of insurance? People would stop trying to beat the system because they could be arrested for not being licensed and insured! A simple, easy solution without a lot of new and cumbersome regulation.
